Court to Deliver Judgment on Nnamdi Kanu on November 20

The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled November 20 as the date for delivering judgment on Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), who is facing terrorism-related charges. Despite repeated opportunities, Kanu has refused to enter a defense, leading Justice James Omotosho to rule that the trial will proceed without his defense.

The court emphasized that every opportunity required by the constitution had been provided to Kanu for his defense. The judgment is eagerly awaited by all parties involved.
