Court Rules in Nnamdi Kanu's Terrorism Case, Finds Him Guilty on One Count

The Federal High Court in Abuja delivered a ruling in the terrorism case of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of IPOB. The judgment was given in Kanu's absence, where the court found him guilty on one count out of the seven terrorism-related charges he faced.

Kanu had challenged the court's jurisdiction and the validity of the charges, requesting nullification. However, the court ruled against him, emphasizing the need for a fair hearing.

Justice Omotosho presided over the case and ordered Kanu's immediate release.
