FG Releases 2026/2027 Admission List for Unity Colleges
The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially released the 2026/2027 admission list for candidates offered places in Junior Secondary School One (JSS1) across Federal Unity Colleges (FUCs) nationwide. This announcement was made by the Federal Ministry of Education, with approval from the Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa.
The Director of Press and Public Relations, Boriowo Folasade, stated that this development reflects the government's commitment to an orderly and transparent placement process for students seeking entry into federal schools. Parents and guardians can verify their children's admission status by visiting the FME Posting Portal at fmeposting.com.ng or checking the notice board at their nearest Federal Unity College.
Successful candidates are required to print their admission slips and report to the designated college to complete the confirmation process. Dr. Alausa congratulated the admitted candidates, urging them to approach their education with discipline and hard work.
Admission into JSS1 at Federal Unity Colleges is known to be highly competitive due to the schools' strong academic reputation.
