Breaking: Peter Obi Breaks Silence After EFCC Suddenly Arrested Ex-Sokoto Gov Tambuwal

Former presidential candidate and opposition figure, Peter Obi, has spoken out following the arrest and interrogation of former Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Tambuwal is facing allegations of fraudulent cash withdrawals totaling billions of Naira, which reportedly violated the Money Laundering Prevention and Prohibition Act of 2022.

Obi emphasized the importance of transparency and fairness in Nigeria's fight against corruption, calling for equal application of the law regardless of political affiliation.
