Rivers State Governor Appoints New SSG, Issues Ultimatum for Road Project Completion

Rivers State Governor Siminialayi Fubara has appointed Benibo Anabraba as the new Secretary to the State Government. Governor Fubara expressed disappointment at the slow progress of a refinery road project handled by a construction company, giving them a one-month ultimatum to complete the project.

The Governor also canceled a previous emergency administrative decision and warned of consequences if the work is not completed within the specified timeframe. This move comes amidst efforts to ensure timely completion of infrastructure projects in Rivers State.
