FCTA Revokes 1,095 Property Titles in Abuja, Governor Wike Disowns Security Circular

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) in Abuja has taken action by revoking 1,095 property titles in highbrow districts like Asokoro, Maitama, and Garki due to owners' failure to comply with regulations. This enforcement led to the demolition of structures in areas like Karsana and Bunkoro near Gwarimpa.

Additionally, security concerns prompted the closure of a senior secondary school in Abuja. Governor Nyesom Wike disowned a security circular, denying any security threats.

The FCTA aims to continue clearing illegal structures and ensuring compliance with land use regulations.
