FCTA Initiates Enforcement on 1,095 Revoked Property Titles in FCT

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has started enforcing actions on 1,095 property titles revoked in areas like Asokoro, Maitama, Garki, and Wuse District. This action was taken due to non-payment of ground rent, certificate of occupancy bills, and violation fees.

Wike's aide revealed this information, stating that the property owners had ignored several public notices issued since May and November. The FCTA warned defaulters to settle their financial obligations to avoid losing their property titles.
