British Deputy High Commissioner Visits Kwara State

Mr. Lever, the British Deputy High Commissioner, visited Kwara State to inspect ongoing projects and engage with local officials.

During his visit, he met with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and First Lady Olufolak AbdulRazaq. The visit included plans for Mr.

Lever to host a dinner later on Tuesday. He is expected to visit key civic institutions in the state, which include a sexual assault referral center at Sobi Specialist Hospital in Ilorin and an innovation hub.

Additionally, Mr. Lever will meet with the Director of the State Security Service and hold an interactive session with members of civil society and political parties in the state.

His itinerary also includes a courtesy visit to the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, who is the Chairman of the Kwara State Council of Chiefs.
