Bye-election: Don’t fight PDP, speak with your votes – Adelabu tells APC members

Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, urged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State not to engage in fights with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) but to let their votes speak for them in the upcoming bye-election. Adelabu made this statement during a campaign event for the APC candidate, Adewale Olatunji, at the Bodija International Market.

The election, scheduled for August 16, 2025, was called following the death of the previous seat holder, Hon Musliudeen Olaide Akinremi. Adelabu emphasized the importance of the election, stating that it was crucial for the APC to maintain continuity and uphold the unprecedented strides made by the late Akinremi.

He urged voters to support the APC candidate to ensure the progress of the Yoruba race and the state of Oyo.
