Calvin Bassey Withdraws from Super Eagles for Friendlies

Calvin Bassey has officially withdrawn from the Super Eagles squad due to a back injury, necessitating adjustments by the technical crew. Preparations for the upcoming friendlies against Iran and Jordan are underway, with 22 players having arrived in Antalya, Turkey.

The squad includes notable players such as Samuel Chukwueze and Maduka Okoye, who joined later in the night, boosting the team's numbers. The training commenced on Tuesday, March 24, at the Belli Deluxe Hotel, with coach Ric Chell leading the sessions.
