Carpentry College Empowers 25 Youths

Segesse College Traditional Carpentry (SCTC) recently celebrated the graduation of 25 students, marking a milestone in empowering Nigerian youths through vocational training. Founded by Moses Amiebenomo, a renowned celebrity carpenter, the academy aims to provide young Nigerians with the skills needed to secure a decent livelihood.

The graduation ceremony, held in Abuja, attracted dignitaries who praised the graduates for their resilience and perseverance. The Minister of Youth Development emphasized the importance of collaboration with skill acquisition institutions like SCTC to reduce unemployment.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) also urged the graduates to shun drug abuse, highlighting the agency's commitment to rehabilitating those affected. The community leaders commended Amiebenomo for his dedication to uplifting youth and providing them with meaningful opportunities.

The graduates were presented with certificates and encouraged to utilize their carpentry skills to contribute to the economy.
