Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 at a meeting held on 28 October 2026. The company confirmed the Q3 2026 UFS would be filed with NGX on the same date.
Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc disclosed to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that its Board of Directors met on 28 October 2026 and considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, referred to in the filing as the Q3 2026 UFS.
The company stated that the Q3 2026 UFS would be filed with NGX on the same day, 28 October 2026. The disclosure was made via a corporate action filing dated 28 October 2026 and signed by Amaka Obiora, the Company Secretary.
In line with standard regulatory practice, Caverton noted that the closed period restricting all directors and insiders from transacting in the shares of the company would remain in place until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 UFS is released to the public.
