Tamchy SFIT Opens Business Center on Lake Issyk-Kul

Tamchy SFIT has inaugurated its first business center on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul, covering an area of 3,850 square meters. This center will include offices, co-working spaces, a multifunctional conference hall, meeting rooms, and a restaurant/café, with operations expected to commence within the month.

The launch signifies a strategic moment for international business activities, establishing a financial and logistical bridge between Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Ayaz Baetov, Chair of the Tamchy SFIT Management Council and Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, noted that the management council has approved the financial center's development plan and regulatory measures.

The territory, established under law No. 136 of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 10, 2025, spans approximately 6,000 hectares and will operate under English common law principles, offering a zero tax rate for 49 years and full profit repatriation rights until 2035. The initiative aims to host 3,900 companies and create 10,000 jobs.
