Kwara Parents Seek Govt Support to Combat Cerebral Palsy Stigma

Parents of children living with cerebral palsy in Kwara State are requesting government support to address societal stigma and provide education for their wards. They emphasized the need for the state government to take full responsibility for the care and education of children with cerebral palsy, as private schools are expensive and often reject such children. The parents urged the government to intervene by subsidizing treatments and addressing the stigma faced by their children in public places.
