Chike Calls Marriage a “Stupid Step”

Nigerian singer Chike recently expressed his views on marriage, calling it a "stupid step" during an interview with Chude Jideonwo. The "Running" hitmaker shared that he does not plan to tie the knot as he considers marriage to be something he does not want.

Chike emphasized that his happiness is closely linked to financial independence, stating that one needs a lot of money to be happy and that wealth should not be the sole focus. The singer also mentioned that music was not initially part of his plans but he discovered his passion for it after completing university.

Despite criticism labeling him as arrogant, Chike remains firm in his opinion about marriage and does not let it bother him.
