Children Discover Cache of Anti-Aircraft Ammunition in Maiduguri Raises Security Concerns

In Maiduguri, children found a significant amount of anti-aircraft live ammunition in the Bulunkutu area. The discovery, made while playing near a fish drainage, prompted security personnel to investigate.

The items, including a power bank suspected for use in improvised explosive devices, were found in Sector 9. This finding comes amidst heightened security concerns in Borno State, known for deadly bomb attacks attributed to the Boko Haram insurgency.
