Enugu APC Elects Dr. Martin Chukwunweike as Chairman

On Tuesday, during a state congress held at Okpara Square in Enugu, Dr. Martin Chukwunweike was elected as the chairman of the Enugu State chapter of the APC, with Hon.

Chukwudi Nnadozi serving as the secretary. A total of 37 members emerged unanimously.

Governor Peter Mbah commended the party's leadership for their faith, peace, and transparency during the elections, which he described as free, fair, and credible. He highlighted the economic policies of President Bola Tinubu that have positively impacted the state, including revenue inflow and infrastructural developments such as the Enugu International Airport and a planned multimodal transport system.

Chukwunweike pledged to work diligently with his team to ensure the re-election of Governor Mbah, emphasizing the need for effective community administration and grassroots development. The congress also saw commendations for the previous leadership under Dr.

Ben Nwoy, who was recognized for uniting party members.
