Tinubu's Aide Dismisses Opposition Coalition as "Food is Ready Politicians" Amid 2023 Election Preparations

Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Abdulaziz Abdulaziz, stated that Tinubu is unfazed by the coalition of opposition parties, including the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Abdulaziz dismissed the coalition as "food is ready politicians" and mentioned Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso's potential return to the Progressives Congress (APC).

He emphasized that the coalition is driven by personal vendettas and not genuine concern for Nigerians. Abdulaziz made these remarks during an interactive session with journalists at the Nigeria Union of Journalists Press Centre in Kano.

Tinubu's camp remains confident despite the opposition's efforts to unite against him ahead of the 2023 elections.
