COLE2Lead Initiative Launches 23 Learning Hubs in Rivers

The COLE2Lead Initiative has announced the establishment of 23 virtual learning hubs in Rivers State, Nigeria. This initiative aims to enhance leadership skills among 31,900 emerging leaders across the 23 local government areas.

The program focuses on democratic leadership and aims to provide opportunities for individuals in various professional sectors, particularly the youth. Mr.

Tony Cole, associated with the initiative, emphasized the importance of demystifying governance and equipping leaders with the necessary tools to understand policy and lead credibly. The program will include governance training delivered across 319 wards and will engage participants through workshops and mentorship to strengthen ethical decision-making in public service.

The initiative seeks to build a sustainable pipeline of competent leaders and reinforce civic responsibility within communities.
