Nigerian Minister Recognized for Affordable Housing Solutions

A.H.M. Dangiwa, the Nigerian Minister of Housing and Urban Development, has been honored with an award for his innovative solutions in sustainable urban development and affordable housing.

The Africa Housing Award recognized Dangiwa's outstanding contributions to the housing sector in Nigeria. The award ceremony, scheduled for December 12, 2025, in Abuja, will bring together industry leaders and policymakers from across Africa.

Other notable winners include officials and companies from Namibia, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, and South Africa. Festus Adebayo, a senior analyst in real estate, highlighted the importance of celebrating excellence in the housing construction industry.
