PDP Crisis: National Secretary Disowns Dissolution of Akwa Ibom Exco - Internal Turmoil Unfolds

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) faced internal turmoil as the National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, disowned the reported dissolution of the Akwa Ibom State Working Committee (SWC) led by Hon Aniekan Akpan. The PDP National Working Committee (NWC) had announced the dissolution and the inauguration of a Caretaker Committee, but Anyanwu declared the decision null and void, stating that the NWC never convened to make such a decision.
