Ondo Central Senator Adegbonmire Defends Constituency Work

Adeniyi Adegbonmire, the senator representing Ondo Central Senatorial District, asserted that effective constituency representation should not be limited to physical projects. In response to allegations that Ijare in Ifedore Local Government Area was overlooked in his constituency efforts, Adegbonmire emphasized that his initiatives span all six local government areas within the district.

A statement from his media office, signed by Marthins Fasusi, clarified that claims of exclusion stem from either ignorance of his programs or attempts to misrepresent his work. Adegbonmire's interventions include empowerment initiatives, agricultural support, education, healthcare, and youth development.

The Renewed Hope Mega Empowerment Programme was highlighted as a significant initiative, benefiting thousands with items like tricycles, motorcycles, and financial assistance. Additionally, he prioritized youth empowerment through job creation and skills acquisition programs, ensuring that youths from Ijare also received support.

His agricultural initiatives included the distribution of fertilizers and training for farmers, directly benefiting Ijare's farming community.
