Contractor to Start Work on Lagos International Terminal in 3 Months

The China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is set to begin construction on the N712 billion Lagos International Terminal at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos within three months. The contractor will relocate current users of the old terminal to a temporary location to facilitate the construction process.

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) revealed that the construction project involves the complete transformation of the old international terminal. The federal government announced the relocation plan to ensure a smooth transition for businesses operating at the airport during the construction period.
