Cornerstone Insurance Plc Declares Final Dividend for 2025

Cornerstone Insurance Plc (CORNERST) has announced a final dividend of ₦0.28 for every share of ₦0.50 nominal value, covering the financial period ended 31st December 2025. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval.

Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on 2nd July 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Friday, 3rd July 2026 to Monday, 6th July 2026.

Payment is scheduled for 22nd July 2026 and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar, Lighthouse Registrars Limited, to pay directly into their bank accounts. Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration may do so via the NIBSS EDMMS self-service portal or by contacting Lighthouse Registrars Limited at their Victoria Island, Lagos office.

No bonus share issue was declared. The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to hold at Shell Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos State on 20th July 2026 at 12 pm. The filing was dated 17th June 2026.
