Court Dismisses Defamation Suit Against Ronchess Global Resources Plc in Abuja

The Chief Magistrate Court in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, dismissed a defamation suit brought by David Abayomi Samson against Ronchess Global Resources Plc and its officials. The court ruled the complaint as incompetent and lacking jurisdiction.

Samson had accused the defendants of defaming his character, but the court found the case lacked merit. Samson is also facing legal troubles, including being probed by the EFCC in Lagos for alleged financial crimes.
