Court Dismisses Nnamdi Kanu's Bail Application, Proceeds with Terrorism Trial Judgment

Justice James Omotosho ruled to proceed with the case, emphasizing that the court would not entertain further delays. Kanu's legal team argued that some charges were invalid, but the court maintained its stance.
