Court Fixes Judgment Date for Suspended DCP Abba Kyari's Case Against NDLEA

The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled the judgment date for the case involving suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari, accused by the NDLEA of facing 23 counts of charges related to undeclared assets and financial irregularities. The court proceedings include arguments from both the prosecution and defense, with allegations of unreported assets and financial discrepancies against Kyari.

Various assets, including bank accounts and properties, are under scrutiny. Calls for discontinuation of the trial have been made by certain groups.

Kyari had been in custody for 27 months before being released.
