Federal High Court Rejects Kachikwu's Motion Against INEC and ADC Leadership

The Federal High Court in Abuja rejected Dumebi Kachikwu's motion against INEC and the David Mark-led ADC leadership. Kachikwu, a 2023 presidential candidate for ADC, sought to compel INEC to withdraw the publication of Mark and Aregbesola as the party's chairman and secretary.

Justice James Omotosho declined to hear the motion, stating that all processes filed by the party would be considered together with the substantive suit. Kachikwu had challenged the appointments of Mark and Aregbesola through originating summons.
