Court to Arraign 5 Retired Police Officers Over Age Falsification

The FCT High Court is set to arraign five retired senior police officers for allegedly falsifying their ages to extend their service years. The officers, including AIG Idowu Owohunwa, face charges of forgery for altering their birth dates on service records.

The Integrity Youth Alliance's petition triggered the investigation, leading to the officers being accused of manipulating their birth years to remain in office longer. The court will address the allegations of age falsification in an upcoming trial to determine the officers' guilt or innocence.
