Court to Rule on EFCC Property Forfeiture Case Against Ex-Accountant-General on April 30, 2026
The Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja, has scheduled a ruling for April 30, 2026, on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission's (EFCC) application for the final forfeiture of properties allegedly linked to former Accountant-General of the Federation, Chukwunyer Anamekw Nwabuoku.
