Unit Nigeria Airline Initiates Community Health Center and Borehole Project in Ekiti State

Unit Nigeria Airline, under the leadership of Prof. Obiora Okonkwo, commenced a community development project in Ekiti by laying the foundation stone for a community health center and solar-powered borehole. The initiative, located near the Ekiti Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport, targets addressing healthcare and water needs for the local residents.

The project, chosen based on the community's requirements, is expected to directly impact the health, happiness, and productivity of the people in the area. Governor Biodun Oyebanji's administration praised the airline's gesture, emphasizing the importance of such corporate social responsibility initiatives in enhancing societal well-being.

The project's groundbreaking ceremony was attended by various dignitaries, including Senator Opeyemi Bamidele and Yakubu Adamu Kofarmata, showcasing the collaborative effort between the airline and the state government to improve community health and access to clean water.
