Custodian Investment Plc Surpasses N1 Trillion in Assets

Custodian Investment Plc announced that it has surpassed the N1 trillion assets milestone, achieving a 155% increase in total assets for the 2025 financial year. The company reported a 48% rise in gross revenue, reaching N225 billion, up from N152 billion the previous year. Profit after tax also saw a significant increase of 24%, amounting to N77 billion compared to N68 billion in the prior year. Wole Oshin, the Group Managing Director, stated that the performance reflects disciplined execution and a resilient business model. The company’s strategic pivot into the merchant banking sector, despite a volatile macroeconomic landscape, has proven effective. The acquisition of FBNQuest Merchant Bank, part of a consortium called Everquest Acquisit LLP, marks Custodian's entry into wealth management advisory services. The insurance segment remains a core growth engine, with insurance service revenue rising to N141 billion from N96 billion. Overall, Custodian Investment Plc's strong financial performance signals its solid position in the Nigerian investment holding landscape.
