CUTIX Plc Board Meeting Set for June 26 to Approve 2026 Financials
CUTIX Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2026. The sole substantive agenda item is the consideration and approval of the company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended April 30, 2026.
CUTIX Plc, the Nnewi-based cable and wire manufacturer, filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on May 29, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, June 26, 2026, at its registered office in Nnewi, Anambra State.
The primary agenda item for the meeting is the consideration and approval of the company's Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the financial year ended April 30, 2026. Any Other Business is listed as the only additional agenda item.
In connection with the upcoming board meeting, the company confirmed that a Closed Period, which commenced on May 1, 2026, remains in effect. The restriction will continue until 24 hours after the 2026 AFS is released to the public through the NGX Issuers' Portal. All persons classified as insiders under NGX Rules are prohibited from trading or dealing in CUTIX shares during this period.
