CUTIX Plc Q4 2026 Unaudited Financials Approved by Board

CUTIX Plc, the Nnewi-based cable manufacturer listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), has announced the outcome of its 171st Board of Directors meeting held on Friday, 29th May 2026.

At the meeting, the Board considered and approved the company's Fourth Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q4 UFS) for the period ended April 30, 2026, subject to a few amendments. The company stated that the Q4 UFS would be filed with NGX on or before 30th May 2026.

CUTIX also disclosed that the closed period previously announced by the company would remain in effect until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements are released to the general public. The closed period restriction typically limits trading activity by insiders ahead of material financial disclosures.
