Cutix Plc Board Meeting Scheduled for August 27, 2026
Cutix Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026, to consider and approve its First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending July 31, 2026. The company has simultaneously announced the commencement of a Closed Period for trading in its shares effective August 1, 2026.
Cutix Plc, the Nnewi-based cable and wire manufacturer, filed a notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on July 30, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The primary agenda item for the meeting is the consideration and approval of the company's First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q1 UFS) for the period ending July 31, 2026.
In line with the NGX Rulebook, Cutix Plc announced the start of a Closed Period for trading in its shares beginning August 1, 2026. The Closed Period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q1 UFS has been officially released to the public. During this period, all company insiders and related persons are prohibited from dealing in Cutix Plc shares.
The notice was signed by Company Secretary Chinwendu Nwokporo (ACIS, CIPAG-USA, CPAe) and lists the current board composition, including Barr. (Mrs.) I. Nwahiri as Chairman and Mrs. U. Igbokwe as Acting CEO, alongside six other directors.
