DSS Arraigns Chidieber Justic Mark for Cybercrime Charges

Chidieber Justic Mark, also known as Justic Crack, was arraigned by the Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday at the Federal High Court in Abuja. He faces three counts of cybercrime stemming from allegations that he circulated false information regarding the inadequate feeding of Nigerian Army personnel.

The charges include publishing a viral video and making statements that allegedly caused public annoyance and fear, violating sections of the Cybercrime Prohibition and Prevention Act 2015 and the Criminal Code Act. The arraignment took place at Plot 88 Sabon Lugbe, Abuja, and Justice Joyc Abdulmalik presided over the case.

The matter has been adjourned to May 25, 2026, for trial, with the possibility of a bail application being heard. Justice Abdulmalik ordered Mark to be remanded in DSS custody.
