Dangote Partners with Honeywell to Upgrade Refinery Capacity

Dangote Group has entered a strategic partnership with Honeywell International Inc. to enhance its refinery's capacity from 650,000 barrels per day to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2028. Honeywell will provide advanced technology and services to achieve this milestone, aiming to build the world's largest petroleum refining complex.

The collaboration includes the supply of specialist catalyst equipment and process technology to improve efficiency and product quality. This move aligns with Dangote's plans to expand its petrochemical footprint and increase urea production capacity in Nigeria.
