Dangote Refinery Enhances Fuel Distribution in Nigeria with 91-Bay Gantry System

Dangote Refinery has introduced a high-capacity gantry featuring 91 bays to streamline the distribution of petrol and diesel in Nigeria. The gantry is designed to optimize fuel supply efficiency, lower logistics expenses, and bolster market stability.

Operating around the clock, it can load 2,900 trucks daily, evacuating 50 million liters of premium motor spirit and 14 million liters of diesel. This initiative aligns with Nigeria's fuel consumption needs, reducing reliance on coastal shipments and enhancing domestic supply.

The gantry system offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative to coastal evacuation, potentially lowering fuel prices. By investing in this infrastructure, Dangote Refinery aims to strengthen Nigeria's energy security, ensure steady fuel supply, and reduce exposure to global market fluctuations.
