Dangote Sugar Refinery Board Meeting Set for October 28, 2026

Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc (NGX: DANGSUGAR) has filed a regulatory notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited disclosing that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 28th October 2026, to consider the company's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026.

In compliance with Rules 17:17 to 17:18 of NGX's Issuers' Rules, the company simultaneously announced the commencement of a closed period, which began on 1st October 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the unaudited Q3 financial statements are filed via the NGX Issuers Portal.

During the closed period, no insider of the company — including directors, employees, advisers, consultants, and their connected persons — is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in DANGSUGAR securities. The company confirmed that all insiders have been duly notified of this restriction.

The notice was signed by Mrs. Temitope Hassan (FCIS), Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, and was issued from Lagos, Nigeria on 2nd October 2026.
