Cadbury Nigeria Closed Period: Q3 2026 Board Meeting Notice

Cadbury Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a scheduled Board of Directors meeting on 28th October 2026 to consider its unaudited financial statements for Q3 2026. The company has simultaneously announced a closed period for insider trading in its shares, commencing 1st October 2026.

Cadbury Nigeria Plc filed a corporate action notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on 30th September 2026, informing the exchange, shareholders, and the investing public of two related developments.

First, the company's Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 28th October 2026. Among the items on the agenda is the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the quarter ending 30th September 2026 — the company's third quarter results for the 2026 financial year.

Second, in compliance with NGX Closed Period Rules, Cadbury Nigeria has declared a closed period for insider trading in its shares. The closed period commenced on 1st October 2026 and will remain in effect until twenty-four hours after the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements have been released to the public.

During this period, insiders — defined as those with regular access to the company's financial or other price-sensitive information — are prohibited from buying or selling Cadbury Nigeria shares. The company states this restriction is also governed by its internal C-14-Insider Trading policy. The notice was signed by Company Secretary Afolasade Olowe on behalf of Cadbury Nigeria Plc.
