Davido Confirms Upcoming Album with Chris Brown for 2024

Nigerian Afrobeat singer Davido has confirmed a collaborative project with American R&B star Chris Brown, which is set to be released next year. This confirmation came during a recent episode of the Swift Conversations podcast.

Davido expressed his intention to focus on incorporating African influences into his music while remaining open to collaborations with American artists. He emphasized that his next project will feature a lot of original production from Nigeria.

Davido stated that he and Chris Brown are working on a joint album, marking their first collaboration since their hit track "Blow My Mind" in 2019. The duo has collaborated on five songs, hinting at the joint project that Davido first teased in 2023, revealing that they have a lot of unreleased songs together.
