In a post shared on her official Instagram page, she cautioned that using her images or videos to promote products or services without her approval is unacceptable.

Amusa clarified that simply patronizing a business does not constitute an endorsement or promotional agreement. She firmly dismissed any misconceptions that vendors might have regarding her obligation to advertise brands based on their purchases.

Furthermore, she warned that unauthorized use of her likeness for marketing purposes would lead to consequences. Amusa emphasized that she does not operate a charity organization apart from her non-profit initiative, the Dayo Amusa Foundation.
