Nigeria Hosts Ghana Armed Forces Delegation for Cooperation

On May 14, 2026, the Nigerian Ministry of Defence received a delegation from the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, specifically from the Senior Course 47, during their study tour at the Ministry's headquarters in Ship House, Abuja. The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Mr. Richard Pheelangwa, represented the Director of the Joint Services Department, Mr. Bosed Olaniyi.

The visit aimed to promote professional exchange and strengthen regional defense cooperation, enhancing understanding of defense administration and industrial development within Africa. Mr. Olaniyi emphasized Nigeria's significant role in West Africa, noting the importance of collaboration with Ghana for economic growth.
