Delta Central APC Endorses Tinubu and Oborevwori for 2027

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Delta Central Senatorial District has officially endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Senator Ede Dafinone, and other party candidates for the upcoming 2027 general elections. This endorsement occurred during a strategic meeting held in Effurun, where party leaders and stakeholders unanimously supported the motion moved by Chief O’tega Emerhor and seconded by Hon Halims Agoda.

Delta State APC Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka, confirmed the unanimous adoption of the motion and highlighted the importance of unity and grassroots mobilization. He noted that the meeting was part of a broader strategy initiated after a State Working Committee review on June 11, aimed at strengthening the party across all senatorial districts.

Arenyeka praised Governor Oborevwori for his efforts in fostering unity within the APC and welcomed new members from other political platforms. Chief Paulinus Akpeki emphasized the governor's leadership and the successful conduct of party congresses, which he attributed to internal democracy and the party's strengthened position for future elections.
