Delta State University Rusticates Student for Filming Dying Colleague on TikTok

Delta State University in Abraka has rusticated a 200-level Biotechnology student, Ezi Ugoma, for filming a dying student allegedly involved in an abortion incident and sharing it on TikTok. The university found Ugoma guilty of breaching the matriculation oath and gross misconduct.
