Developer Alleges Harassment Over N1bn Ogun Estate Project

Kunle Owolabi, founder of Rigini Homes Limited, raised alarm over alleged harassment and threats by armed men in Ogun State. Owolabi invested N1 billion in a real estate project but faced intimidation and property destruction by unknown persons and land grabbers.

Despite efforts to seek intervention from the state's land grabber unit in Abeokuta, the situation worsened with armed individuals wielding guns. The matter was reported to the police, but no resolution was achieved, leading to ongoing troubles with the property development.
