Diaspora Group Withdraws from Obidi Movement Citing Toxic Culture

A diaspora group associated with the Obidi Movement has decided to disassociate itself, citing toxic culture and dysfunctional attitudes within the organization. Dr.

David Ogula, the co-director, highlighted the need to uphold the original ideals of the movement to assist in structuring a new Nigeria. The group aims to empower Nigerian youth and promote inclusivity, free from political, ethnic, or religious biases.

However, they expressed disappointment in the movement's failure to live up to its promises and values, leading to a split. The group plans to continue advocating for fairness and inclusivity in Nigeria.
