TikToker Peller Rejects Divorce, Cites Legal Consequences

Peller, a well-known Nigerian TikToker, has publicly dismissed suggestions to divorce his wife, Jarvis, following a disagreement. During a live social media session, he explained the serious legal and financial implications associated with divorce.

Peller emphasized that his court marriage to Jarvis came with significant responsibilities, which he cannot overlook. He stated that divorcing Jarvis could result in a four-year prison sentence and require him to relinquish 30 percent of his property.

Peller clarified that his relationship with Jarvis is not a publicity stunt aimed at increasing social media engagement, asserting, “We’re not fighting to rack up engagement or trend.” He firmly stated his commitment to the marriage, indicating that he has no intention of divorcing her.
