Following a successful delivery, she experienced complications that necessitated her emergency transfer to the Intensive Care Unit at Federal Medical Centre Yenagoa. Despite the efforts of medical personnel to save her life, her condition deteriorated rapidly.

Family member Meshack Sintei confirmed the details, stating that the medical team struggled to revive her as her oxygen saturation levels dropped sharply. The family expressed their devastation over the loss of their beloved sister and mother, highlighting Dr.

Ogbachi's dedication to her profession. They also appreciated the support received from friends and well-wishers during this difficult time.
