El-Kanemi Warriors Eye Further Success in NPFL, Warri Wolves Analyze Defeat

El-Kanemi Warriors, under the guidance of their technical adviser Kabiru Dogo, secured a hard-fought victory against Ikorodu City, with Muktar Ismail scoring the decisive goal. The win elevated El-Kanemi Warriors to ninth place in the NPFL standings with 31 points.

Dogo expressed determination to maintain the team's push for a top finish. On the other hand, Warri Wolves, led by coach Aluma Napoleon, suffered a 4-2 defeat to Ranger International, ending their three-match unbeaten run.

Napoleon attributed the loss to tactical shortcomings and acknowledged Ranger's disruptive approach. Despite the setback, Warri Wolves remain in 10th place on the NPFL table with 30 points, just one point behind El-Kanemi Warriors.
